I'm sure as a prudent borrower you would like to know a little about who you're doing business with. Well I'll tell you... my name is Charles R. Nelson and I've been involved with the real estate and mortgage industry for the past 30 years. I've worked for major Mortgage Bankers or direct lenders and I've worked for myself... I prefer working for myself because I can offer my borrowers many more loan types for their specific needs.

My personal experience in the lending field is well-rounded and includes FHA/VA, Conventional and Commercial type loans. For developers and builders I've provided forward commitments, VA Master Appraisals (MCRV) for their tract developments and mortgage loan product training for their staffs. I have given many loan product seminars for the Real Estate community and the private sector. This kind of training would include FHA/VA, Conventional, First Time Buyer, State Bond Issues and Mortgage Insurance Programs. A well-educated community of developers, builders, realtors, buyers and borrowers makes a loan professionals job much easier.
