Share/Certificate Secured Loans
The annual percentage rate (APR) for share secured/certificate secured advances will be the dividend rate being paid on the share/certificate offered as security (index) plus 3.00%. If share secured the APR is subject to change quarterly to reflect the new dividend rate. If certificate secured, certificates must be renewed, until completely paid. Failure to renew will result in default under the Plan. When the certificate is renewed, the APR is subject to change to reflect the new dividend rate. Any increase in the APR will result in an increase in the payment amount or in more payments of the same amount until what you owe has been repaid. For certificate secured advances, the present annual percentage rate and the daily periodic rate will be disclosed on the disbursement receipt at the time of advance.
