Our Principal Reduction/No Credit Score Refinance Program was designed to assist home/property owners with their current mortgage balances and monthly mortgage payments by reducing their outstanding principle to reflect 90% of current market values.

Here is a brief overview of how our program works:
Our investors will negotiate with your lenders to purchase the mortgage note on your home/property at 90% of current market value.

They will then purchase the mortgage Note on your home/property once a purchase price has been agreed upon by all parties.

Finally, our investors will refinance a new mortgage loan for you. The new mortgage amount will be 90% of current market value. The new mortgage will not be based on your FICO/credit score but on your income and employment.
